Serious semi players who play in an attacking position and want to prove and improve their match fitness using a structured, game-real approach.
What do I need to take part?
You’ll need access to a full 11-a-side pitch, a GPS tracker (chest or wrist), at least 2 rebounders, cones, balls, a recording device with tripod, and the commitment to train with intention.
What if I don’t pass the challenge?
You still keep the full training system, all data analysis, and your personal progress.
How do I track and submit my results?
You’ll record your sessions with your GPS device and tripod setup. Everything is submitted for review as proof to verify performance.
